       In recent years, with the upgrading of the country's environmental protection management, there are more and more waste incineration power plants. In order to prevent the fly ash from condensing on the surface of the ash hopper equipment after waste incineration, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the ash hopper wall. The ash hopper is insulated, and the mineral insulated heating cable is selected according to the characteristics of the ash hopper, which can compensate the temperature difference of the outer wall of the ash hopper, and finally achieve the purpose of dehumidification and smooth flow.
       After the fly ash comes out from the lower part of the reactor, it passes through the ash hopper of the dust collector, from the lower part of the ash hopper, through the screw conveyor, the chain conveyor to the bucket elevator. The fly ash is lifted to the upper part of the ash silo by the bucket elevator, and stored in the ash silo. The lower part of the ash silo has an ash unloading system.
       Typically, these equipment and associated piping and valves require electrical heating systems, although for ash hoppers, ash bins and reactors only lower heating may be required. Under normal circumstances, the operating temperature of fly ash is about 250 degrees, and the fly ash will condense at about 120-130 degrees. If a large amount of fly ash condenses on the surface of the equipment, it will hinder the normal operation. It is the maintenance temperature of the electric heat tracing system.
       Mineral insulated heating cable is a solid body composed of heating wire material, inorganic insulation (such as magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, etc.) and metal protection tube, which is tightly compacted by a mold, with pressure resistance, shock resistance, high impermeability, and corrosion resistance Explosion-proof, high mechanical strength, long service life and other advantages. It is especially suitable for heat tracing of high temperature pipelines, especially pipelines that require high output efficiency or need to withstand high temperature steam purging.
