1. During the installation process of the electric heating cable, there is no finished product protection for the electric heating cable. Stepping on, dragging, pulling, and twisting the electric heating cable will cause the inner core of the electric heating cable to be damaged and broken, which will cause some electric heating cables to fail to generate heat. When the electric heating cable has an open circuit fault, we should cut off the electric heating power supply in time to prevent the expansion of the fault and the occurrence of secondary accidents, find the fault point, connect the electric heating cable and insulate the electric heating.
2. The outer sheath of the electric heating cable is worn by the thermal insulation aluminum skin, and the live core leaks out, causing the wire core and the aluminum skin to be grounded. When the electric heating cable has a ground fault, we should cut off the electric heating power supply in time to prevent the expansion of the fault and the occurrence of secondary accidents, find the fault point, and insulate the electric heating.
3. Under the condition of long-term high-power and high-temperature operation of the electric heating cable, the damaged core heats unevenly, and the local temperature is too high, causing a short circuit. The thermal insulation layer is not waterproofed. In rainy and snowy weather, the thermal insulation layer is soaked in water, which makes some lines of the electric heating cable in a low temperature or humid state, the output power is large, the electric heating cable is partially overloaded, and the local current is too large. The tail end of the electric heating cable is a sealing section, and the tail end junction box must be installed for sealing during the installation process.
