The more encountered the cold weather, the more need to pay attention to the electric accompanying heating cable system test, lest in the use of this or that problem, resulting in electric accompanying heat cable system can not achieve the expected effect.

　                    Electric heating cable system is mainly used for pipeline, storage tanks and other containers in the medium of anti-freezing heat preservation products. Generally in winter, low temperature use, other seasons, high temperature, generally do not need to use. But in different seasons, such as spring rain, should pay special attention to maintenance and inspection. The electric accompanying heat system is electronic product, should pay attention to do not touch the humid environment, so that the electric accompanying heat tape is easy to moisture, cause unnecessary trouble. When installing the electric trace heat products, should avoid installing in the rain, snow and humid conditions. In addition, after the installation is completed, still need to frequently test and maintain the electric accompanying heat system, so as to ensure the normal operation of the system, but also to extend its service life. Mainly check the failure of electric heat tracing tape and the damage or exposure of outer insulation layer.

                1、If the pipe is outside, first check if the power connection is off or leaking, and install or replace it in time;
　　       2. Check whether the insulating cotton is immersed in water. If insulating cotton is found to be immersed in water, it should be wiped dry or replaced to avoid short circuit caused by moisture contamination in the junction box.
　　      3、Check whether the junction box of electric heating tape is intact. If the junction box is found to be submerged or dislodged, turn off the power, reinstall and replace it.
　　      4、Check whether the pipe outer insulation is damaged or detached. If the insulation outside the electric accompanying heat tape falls off, please check whether the electric accompanying heat tape is damaged or broken. If you find that the electric heating tape is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Connect the bidirectional junction box and re-lay the insulating cotton.
