Electric heating cable installation skills and experience:
　　            1, electric heating cable insulation system improper use, easy to lead to system failure or shorten the service life of the accompanying heat system. It is also true when installing electric heating cable system. Unreasonable, does not accord with the standard construction operation easily leads to the whole electric accompanies the hot system to have the problem, affects its normal use.
　　            2, accompanied by tropical laying before, should test each accompanied by tropical insulation resistance.

            3、Before installing each electric heat tracing system, check whether the model of the corresponding heat tracing tape and its accessories are consistent with the design model and test.
　　     4、Check whether the materials to be installed, such as the tail end and power junction box are intact.
　　    5、Before the installation of accompanying heat tape, the piping system is installed, and complete the relevant flaw detection, pressure test and hidden acceptance work. The coating of the piping system must be practical, and the gas volatilization should exceed the specified time.
　　    6、Pay special attention to the uneven and sharp corners which are easy to damage the accompanying heat tape and deal with them in time.

                 7、Installation of self-limiting temperature accompanied by tropical, should use stable cable frame support accompanied by tropical cable bridge, and laying accompanied by tropical; accompanied by tropical shall not be bent and dragged on the sharp edges; in accompanied by the tropical end must have a protective cap, in order to prevent water from entering the end in the installation process.
　　          8, anticorrosive, explosion-proof and other special accompanying tropical should have the corresponding test.
　　         9、Protect the two conductors around the self-limiting heating element from damage, and pay attention to the treatment method.
　           10、Installation method is not correct, including parts installation is not correct, installation is easy to damage the electric accompanied by the heat, or two accompanied by the heat of the wire connected together is easy to short-circuit.
　　        11、Do not use polyvinyl chloride or conventional tape to fix the self-limiting electric heat tracing tape. The use of electric accompanying heat accessories will have the corresponding supporting product manual, should strictly comply with the operating instructions.
