Nestled within the Qaidam Basin—often hailed as a "treasure bowl"—lies the Qinghai Oilfield, an oil and gas field situated at an average altitude of over 3,000 meters. Here, the annual oil and gas equivalent production has remained stable at over 7 million tons for 14 consecutive years, with cumulative proven geological petroleum reserves exceeding 800 million tons. However, the plateau's extreme natural conditions—including drastic day-night temperature fluctuations, relentless sandstorms, and severe winter cold—pose significant challenges to freeze protection and thermal insulation for oilfield pipelines.
This year, we were honored to participate in Qinghai Oilfield's tendering process for the designated pricing and procurement of "Self-Regulating (Self-Limiting) Heat Tracing Cables." After rigorous technical reviews and strict screening, we successfully won the bid.
