As the project's general contractor, Youyu Electric Heating delivered a comprehensive solution encompassing technical design, drawing optimization, and full-line construction. The system integrates power supply terminals, cable trays, main cables, PLC control cabinets, galvanized steel pipes, branch lines, and signal lines into a complete electric heating system. This solution enables precise temperature control and remote intelligent management, fully meeting pipeline freeze protection and process temperature maintenance requirements.
The project has cumulatively deployed multiple heating products including self-regulating electric heating cables, constant-power electric heating cables, and MI armored electric heating cables, with a total length exceeding 66,000 meters. Supporting equipment encompasses corresponding power cables, signal cables, cable trays, galvanized steel pipes, electric heating accessories, and PLC control cabinets, achieving high-level system integration and large-scale application.
