Fire pipes in China Mobile (Suzhou) data room will freeze due to low temperature in winter. The freezing of fire pipes will lead to the failure of fire protection facilities and cause great safety hazards. It is necessary to protect fire pipes from freezing and heat preservation. Therefore, this project uses the method of electric heat tracing and heat preservation.

           According to the temperature requirements and environmental characteristics of the fire pipeline, the low-temperature reinforced self-limiting electric heating cable is selected, and the amount is calculated according to the diameter and length of the fire pipeline. The special electric heating cable for fire protection is installed close to the outer wall of the pipeline to maintain the pipeline temperature, it will not freeze in the low temperature of winter.
