Recently, the 200-ton-per-year electric heating cable project for the Phase I carbon fiber facility at Shanxi Huayang New Energy, which was EPC-contracted by Anhui Youyu Electric Heating Equipment Co., Ltd., has been completed to a high standard and successfully delivered.

      This project serves Shanxi Huayang Group New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Huayang Co., Ltd.”, stock code 600348)—a state-controlled listed enterprise repeatedly ranked among the Fortune China 500. Partnering with such an industry-leading state-owned enterprise signifies that Youyu Electric Heating's professional expertise and system integration capabilities in high-end industrial electric heat tracing have earned high recognition from top-tier clients in the industry.
      As the EPC general contractor overseeing the entire project, Youyu Electric Heating delivered comprehensive solutions from technical design and drawing refinement to fullline construction. Starting from the power source, the system encompasses cable trays, main cables, PLC control boxes, galvanized steel pipes, branch and signal cables, culminating in a complete electric heat cable tracing system. This solution achieves precise temperature control and remote intelligent management, fully meeting pipeline freeze protection and process temperature maintenance requirements.

     The project has cumulatively utilized various heating products including self-regulating electric heating cables, constant-power electric heating cables, and MI armored heating cables, with a total length exceeding 66,000 meters. It also encompasses supporting equipment such as corresponding power cables, signal cables, cable trays, galvanized steel pipes, electric heating accessories, and PLC control boxes, achieving high system integration and significant scale.
